PRODUCT
"MINI E-Bike 1 is a range of 2 smart, connected electric bicycles. Several options are available:
- 2 finishes inspired by the latest MINI colours: Vibrant Silver and Ocean Wave Green.
- 2 frame configurations: a low frame (S) or a high frame (M).
Each model is limited to just 1959 numbered units worldwide, in tribute to the year in which the famous MINI Cooper was created."
"We advise you to choose the frame according to your preferences and your height:
- The S version has a low frame for easy access and is recommended for users between 160cm and 180cm tall.
- The M version has a high frame and is ideal for users measuring between 170cm and 190cm."
In accordance with French regulations, the motor provides electric assistance up to a speed of 25 km/h. However, you can use your legs to go faster.
Your MINI E-Bike 1 adapts to your riding style in every situation. That's why our teams have designed three assistance modes to offer you optimum personalization, allowing you to prioritize autonomy while adjusting performance:
- FLY FAST: Deploy the battery's full power from the very first pedal stroke, enabling you to reach speeds of up to 25 km/h in just a few moments.
- FLY DRY: Benefit from measured assistance with no extra effort on your part.
- FLY ECO: Maximize autonomy by regulating/minimizing assistance for energy-saving management.
- FLY FREE: Ride without electric assistance, and why not without a battery to enjoy the exceptional lightness of your bike.
The S version weighs 17kg and the M version 17.5kg. The MINI E-Bike 1 can carry a maximum load of 120kg, including accessories.

Your MINI E-Bike 1 comes with a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing and parts defects in the frame, fork and all original components.
However, the manufacturer's warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- Incorrect assembly on your part, of the bike and of accessories received unassembled.
- Neglect of the care and maintenance indicated in the user manual supplied with the MINI E-Bike 1.
- Normal wear and tear of the bike.
- Incorrect use of the bike, negligence, and any software or hardware modification.
- Damage resulting from an accident or act of vandalism. Damage resulting from the installation of a non-original accessory or component not approved by Angell Mobility.
- Damage caused by an accident or act of vandalism.
- Normal wear and tear of the battery and reduction in its capacity (see manual). Prolonged use of your MINI E-Bike 1, or use on unsuitable terrain, may lead to more rapid deterioration of its components.
In such cases, the two-year warranty cannot be invoked, and repair costs are borne entirely by the user. The intended use of the bike is limited to short trips in urban areas. We recommend that you take out additional insurance with Angell Back for protection against damage resulting from vandalism and accidents.
In the event of a problem or complaint, please contact us by e-mail at support@mini-ebikes.com if your bike was ordered via our online store, or contact the authorized dealer from whom you purchased your MINI E-Bike 1 for assistance. Don't forget to provide proof of purchase.
TECHNICAL ASPECTS
The motor, manufactured by Aikema and integrated into the rear wheel hub, has the following specifications:
- Power: 250W.
- Voltage: 36V.
- Average torque: 50Nm.
Our battery, weighing just 2 kg, is removable and can be recharged in less than 2 hours. It attaches to the bike and is secured by key. The battery is equipped with two rear turn signals, allowing you to indicate changes of direction, ensuring a safe ride.
After 700 cycles, equivalent to around 49,000 km, the battery retains 75% of its efficiency. Although this loss does not prevent its use, you will no longer have 100% capacity on your MINI E-Bike 1. It is essential to lock the battery with the key before each use, to ensure stability and avoid any risk of damage to certain electronic parts of the bike.

Absolutely. With the internal battery, you can take full advantage of your bike's connected functions without needing the external battery. The main advantage of removing the external battery is a weight reduction of 2 kg on your bike, ideal for a sportier, unassisted ride.
DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Delivery times are estimated at between 4 and 5 weeks, depending on your location.
Your MINI E-Bike 1 is 99% assembled. All you have to do is :
- Mount the pedals on the left and right cranks.
- Place the handlebar in the front wheel axle.
- Adjust saddle height.
Are you no longer interested in Angell Mobility, or have unforeseen circumstances forced you to cancel your order? You can request the cancellation and full refund of your MINI E-bike at any time before the bike is handed over to the carrier. To do so, please send an e-mail to support@mini-ebikes.com. Once customer service has confirmed your request, the amount of your order will be refunded to your account within 10 working days.
Upon receipt of your bike, you have 14 days to test it. If the bike does not meet your expectations, you can exercise your right of withdrawal during this period by sending an e-mail to support@mini-ebikes.com. You are responsible for the cost of returning the bike.
Once the bike has been returned, we will issue a full refund. It is essential that you keep the original packaging and pack your order securely, as the carrier reserves the right to refuse the return if the bike is not properly packed. Please note that the bike must be returned in perfect condition. In the event of damage, the cost of repairs will be deducted from your refund.
PAYMENT
There are several ways to pay for your online purchase on our site:
- By credit card: Mastercard, Visa, Maestro and American Express.
- Via PayPal.
- Opt for payment by instalments with our partner Alma in 3x or 12x free of charge.
- By SEPA bank transfer.
ANGELL BACK WARRANTY AND MAINTENANCE
If your MINI E-Bike 1 is stolen despite your vigilance and the built-in security systems, we guarantee to replace your bike.
As soon as we receive a copy of your complaint, which must be sent to us by e-mail to back@angell.bike within 48 hours of the theft being reported, we will do everything in our power to recover your MINI E-Bike 1 within 12 days. If we are unable to find your bike within this period, we will replace it with an equivalent or improved model.
If your bike is recovered, we will return it to you as soon as our experts have confirmed the integrity of the essential functions of your MINI E-Bike 1 and that no risk of use compromising your safety has been identified. During this period, we will endeavor to provide you with a courtesy bike to help you get around while your case is being processed.
You can take out a contract directly with our partner Sharelock to benefit from preferential conditions and continue to insure your bike.
You will not benefit from the Angell Back warranty if:
- You do not send us a copy of your complaint within 48 hours.
- You have not secured your bike to a fixed point with an approved lock.
- In the event of theft in a private area, there has been no break-in and/or you have not taken reasonable precautions to protect your bike. In the case of theft from a private property, there was no break-in and/or you did not take reasonable precautions to protect your bike.
- The internal battery was not sufficiently charged for the estimated parking time.
- You did not accept your bike's geolocation function in the application.
- You have not activated the alarm function in the application.
- You have misused our application or failed to take into account any updates to our application.
- Your bike has been confiscated by the public authorities because you parked it in a prohibited, inappropriate or dangerous place.
- You have made modifications to the bike that have affected its security systems.
- You have already made a replacement claim for theft in the previous twelve months.
- You have personal insurance that has compensated you for the theft of your bike.
The bike's electronics are regularly updated. The frequency of servicing depends very much on how you use your bike. We strongly recommend that you have your bike serviced at least twice a year to prevent wear on certain parts or to readjust certain settings: chain tension, hydraulic brake bleeding, tire pressure, wheel spoke tension... For these classic maintenance operations, we strongly recommend that you have them carried out by a specialist.
Contact us by sending an email to support@mini-ebikes.com, including all the information needed to effectively diagnose your problem and deal with it quickly (serial number, description of the problem, etc.).

If necessary, we will take charge of your bike or direct you to the most appropriate partner.
